As hinted at for a couple of weeks, the EPSL have created their new conference to add to the league. Made official through a Twitter announcement as well as a press release, this new addition to the league will be crucial to the not just the region, but the NISA Open Soccer cause too. As well as the announcement itself, the league announced the first two clubs to join it today too.
For the format of the league, for the Fall 2021 Season, the conference will play a split season, with a round-robin home and away setup too. The league is going to announce it's first 4 clubs over the course of a couple days, and more will come for the next season in the conference too.

Just a couple hours after the EPSL announced their new Delaware River Conference, they've announced the first couple clubs too. According to their website, "The founding clubs are all located within 40 miles of each other, allowing for easy travel, and guaranteed competitive matchups"
The first club announced for the new conference was Real Central NJ. Based in West Windsor Township, New Jersey, the club was founded in 2020, and fielded clubs in high profile pre-professional leagues in the country.
The second club announced for the new conference was Danubia SC. This time, the club is based out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Founded in 1957, the club has competed in leagues across the region. Most recently, they competed in the United Soccer League of Pennsylvania, before just moving up.
When more club announcements are made, we'll make a specifc blog post for those specific clubs. More clubs should be announced soon for this conference.
